All prices are in Australian dollars, GST included. Prices are subject to change without notice, including freight options.

All items remain the property of ACMI until paid for in full. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Discounts

Current ACMI Members receive 10% off full priced merchandise (not in conjunction with any other offer). Please contact the ACMI Memberships team (members@acmi.net.au), with your member number, if you require a code to enter at checkout and activate this discount.

From time to time we release promotional offers, these are for a limited duration, we reserve the right to update and change promotional offers without notice.

If you have a promotional code that provides a discount on your online order, this must be used at the time of placing your order and cannot be applied retrospectively. Storewide discounts will automatically be applied at checkout, you will not need a promotional code for this type of offer.

Promotional offers and discounts are applicable on full priced merchandise unless specified. Merchandise already reduced, or as part of a special offer cannot be further discounted. Multiple promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

Processing

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days of orders being placed (excluding public holidays). Custom, bulky or out of stock items may take longer.

In the unlikely event of an item(s) being unavailable, or if there is likely to be a delay to processing your order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an alternative product or an amendment to your order.

Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, the following flat rate services are available for orders to shipping addresses within Australia.

  • Standard domestic freight - $10*
  • Express domestic freight - $15*
  • Orders $100+ free standard domestic postage is available*

International freight - freight will be automatically calculated at checkout*. All customs, duties or taxes applied to your order at the point of import into another country are the responsibility of the purchaser, ACMI cannot be held responsible for these costs.

*Bulky or high value items will be shipped via courier with additional insurance. Items that require this method of freight will outline this in the relevant product description. Additional charges will apply, free freight options are not applicable on these items. Please take a moment to read all product descriptions for items within your order. If your order contains one or more of these items our team will be in touch with a freight quote to be able to confirm your order.

From time of order processing, please allow 10 days for Australian postage. International postage times will vary. Visit www.auspost.com.au for further information regarding freight times & parcel tracking. ACMI cannot be held responsible for postal delays once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking numbers are provided on 95% of deliveries. Please refer to your freight confirmation email for details.

Please take a moment to ensure you have provided the correct delivery address, ACMI cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery information provided. 

Items are packaged to arrive safely. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. The goods will need to be returned to us before a replacement can be posted.

When preparing your order, we may make use of recycled materials alongside our own packaging. We encourage you to save these and reuse them the next time you need to wrap a gift, pop something in the mail or are looking for craft materials for the kids!

Cardboard boxes and our paper packing tape can both go into your recycling bin. Tissue paper cannot (the strands in the paper are too short to be recycled into anything else).

While we are working with our suppliers to not use plastics in our incoming deliveries, some plastics still make it to us from time to time, and we don't want to waste them! Any bubble-wrap or plastic padding we use is reused, and we encourage using these items again yourself.
