Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars, GST included. Prices are subject to change without notice, including freight options.

All items remain the property of ACMI until paid for in full. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Any orders suspected to be fraudulent will be cancelled without notice.

Discounts

Current ACMI Members receive 10% off full priced merchandise (not in conjunction with any other offer). Please contact the ACMI Memberships team (members@acmi.net.au), with your member number, if you require a code to enter at checkout and activate this discount.

From time to time we release promotional offers, these are for a limited duration, we reserve the right to update and change promotional offers without notice.

If you have a promotional code that provides a discount on your online order, this must be used at the time of placing your order and cannot be applied retrospectively. Storewide discounts will automatically be applied at checkout, you will not need a promotional code for this type of offer.

Promotional offers and discounts are applicable on full priced merchandise unless specified. Merchandise already reduced, or as part of a special offer cannot be further discounted. Multiple promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

Processing

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days of orders being placed (excluding public holidays and weekends), this applies to in-store pick-up & all freight options. Custom, bulky or out of stock items may take longer.

In the unlikely event of an item(s) being unavailable, or if there is likely to be a delay to processing your order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an alternative product or an amendment to your order.

All pre-order items are noted within the product description at the point of ordering.

Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, the following flat rate services are available for orders to shipping addresses within Australia.

  • Standard domestic freight (2-8 days) - $12*
  • Express domestic freight (1-4 days) - $16*
  • Orders $100+ free domestic postage is available (3-12 days)*

Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post, the above freight options represent how your order will be send with this freight provider. Orders are packaged in the date order they come into the ACMI Shop - if you require your order by a specific date, do let us know via a note at checkout, we will try to assist where possible.

International freight - freight will be automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Standard flat rate International freight (times vary) - $60*

All customs, duties or taxes applied to your order at the point of import into another country are the responsibility of the purchaser, ACMI cannot be held responsible for these costs.

*Bulky or high value items will be shipped via courier with additional insurance. Items that require this method of freight will outline this in the relevant product description. Additional charges will apply, free freight options are not applicable on these items. Please take a moment to read all product descriptions for items within your order. If your order contains one or more of these items our team will be in touch with a freight quote to be able to confirm your order.

From time of order processing, please allow 10 days for standard Australian postage. International postage times will vary. Visit www.auspost.com.au for further information regarding freight times & parcel tracking. ACMI cannot be held responsible for postal delays once an order has been dispatched.

The ACMI Shop is not responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given, or parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect details. Orders returned as a result of incorrect details or failure to collect from Australia Post if notified will incur a standard delivery fee in order to be dispatched again.

Tracking numbers are provided on 95% of deliveries. Please refer to your freight confirmation email for details and to track your order.

Items are packaged to arrive safely. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. The goods will need to be returned to us before a replacement can be posted.
